A sympathetic conversion of a listed former Public House to two apartments and a stunning three storey house retaining many original features. The high street fronted development also included the conversion of a stable block to two bungalows and three new build houses all in the heart of the villages conservation area.
Planning was subsequently secured for a previously landlocked site, delivering ten further homes as a natural continuation of the development. Despite challenges posed by Covid-19 and a required mains sewer diversion: the second phase was completed in under 12 months.
